Refund Policy


Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require that you present a receipt or proof of purchase.

All our returns must be sent to our address in Sweden.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically added to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or no refunds (if applicable) 

If you have not received a refund yet. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published. 
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is filed.

Exchange (if applicable) 

We replace products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop @

Return shipping to Sweden

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you are sending an item with a value of more than SEK 500, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance.
